and compassion for self and others, which in turn may lead to mindful cultures in health care, education and business settings. Explore evidence- based applications including meditations, gentle movement practices and self-re ection activities. This is a required foundational course

What happens when we respond to stress by dancing? Embodied movement can be an amazing source of nourishment, both
in solitude and in community. It allows us to be present as a whole being; simultaneously active and creative. Through
a variety of movement, improvisation and expressive arts activities, you’ll focus on integrating physical, emotional, cognitive, spiritual and social well-being. No prior dance experience is needed as there
is no “wrong” way to move.
