This intensive training in mindfulness meditation cultivates the individual’s own innate resources and abilities to respond more effectively to stress and provides the tools and skills needed to meaningfully integrate mindfulness practice into everyday life. The MBSR eight-week program requires participants to commit
to a regular mindfulness practice with the support
of a well-researched and intentionally structured program which includes guided instruction in formal and informal mindfulness meditation practices, gentle body-awareness practices, home practice resources and materials, and more.
