Mary-Anne Neal. Over the past 20 years, Mary-Anne has enjoyed success as a communications manager, entrepreneur, strategic planner, program developer, public relations expert and teacher. She has developed and taught business and communications courses for Camosun College and RRU, and earned awards for excellence in teaching, public speaking, sales and customer service.
Beth Page, MSc in CSP, MSOD, CHRP, is an author, educator, speaker, consultant, and Dream Catcher Consulting founder, helping support people explore and act upon their leadership vision. Her recent works include Change Happens: Your Guide to Navigating Change using the 5C Model, Done Deal: Your Guide to Merger and Acquisition Integration, and a chapter in the best-selling Awakening the Workplace. A certi ed Emotional Intelligence Coach (EQ
in Action), she is pursuing doctoral studies at UVic.
Fiona Prince has been delivering communications-related training to groups and individuals for over 15 years in both the public and private sector. She helps people increase their productivity by helping them to understand how miscommunication gets
in the way of getting important things done. Fiona has a BFA in Theatre from the University of Victoria, an MA in Applied Communication from RRU, and a Keirsey Temperament Theory Certi cation from Synergy Leaders, LLC.
Brenda Robinson, MEd, has been working with organizations and governments for over 20 years to escalate levels of communication, personal effectiveness, humour, and relationship building and to grow organizational capacity from the inside out. She has a Master’s degree in Education from SFU
in Curriculum & Instruction and brings her vast experience as a keynote speaker, trainer, writer, and consultant to the forefront in her work with people on the path of lifelong learning. robcan.ca
Stephen Norton started his career as a marine biologist, worked many years in systems management, and is now a full time author,
artist and publisher. He runs his own company, Northwind Ink, specializing in publishing and distributing soft-cover and e-books for new authors, in multiple

Ann Perodeau believes that when we see ourselves only in relation to our belongings or work, we diminish and distort our purpose and being. Seeing ourselves as a part of

Shelley Quinte has practiced exclusively in labour and employment law for the last 17 years with a particular expertise in human rights, offering advice and representation for employers and management staff in all sectors, provincial and federal, union and non-union. Mary Rostad, owner and spiritual director of Mary’s Farm and Sanctuary is a nature-based educator with Sooke School District who practices and teaches Mindfulness in the classroom. A lifelong horsewoman she stewards the farm as a place where all beings thrive.
