JOANNE CUFFE LEE ANNE DAVIES ERIKA DEINES TAMMY DEWAR
Joanne Cuffe, MEd, is a facilitator, dancer and poet. She delights in integrating movement, play and arts into our lives, workplaces and communities. Through Creative Momentum, she leads Dancing
for Wellbeing programs with organizations, adults, older adults and children. Joanne has been teaching dance for ten years and facilitating groups for 15 years. She has studied dance improvisation with 25 teachers, including Margie Gillis. Her Master’s of Education in Community Leadership focused on arts-based transformative learning.
Lee Anne Davies has a PhD in Aging, Health, and Well-Being, and an MBA in Information Technology Management. Her company, Agenomics, analyzes the risks of an aging population. Along with years of experience working in
the nancial sector for insurance, wealth management, banking, and nancial education companies, Davies is also a sought after speaker, including TEDxVictoria, national newspapers, radio and TV. She is the co-author of the book When Life Bites You in the Wallet: Taking Control of Your Finances.
Erika Deines, BAJus, CMed, is a Chartered Mediator, Con ict Coach, certi ed Consultant in Workplace Mediation and Workplace Fairness© Analyst. She is President of Deines & Associates, a dispute resolution (DR) service provider. For 14 years, Erika has been the mediator and co-mediator for mediations of high con ict nature including nonpro t board and staff issues, workplace and human rights related disputes, public and private community development meetings, and First Nations’ concerns.
Tammy Dewar, PhD, PCC, brings a down to earth, entrepreneurial and hopeful attitude to her executive and team coaching, emotional
and social intelligence, leadership, creativity and visual intelligence. An associate faculty with RRU since 1997, Tammy received a coaching award by Leadership Victoria in 2014. Her passion and expertise helps leaders deal with employee and team morale, engagement, trust, and/or con ict issues through fast response action research, coaching experiences and customized learning strategies.
Beth Cruise is the founder of Canadian Earth Institute. Her passion is to facilitate the exchange of ideas on how our habits and attitudes affect the environment and what each one of us can do to make a difference. Beth encourages participation and af rms the highest in each participant.
LINA DE GUEVARA MARIA DEOTTO TASHA DIAMANT
Lina de Guevara is an actor, theatre director, storyteller and drama teacher. A specialist in Transformational theatre, Theatre of the Oppressed and Commedia dell’Arte, she founded PUENTE Theatre in 1988 to create and produce plays about diversity
and the immigrant experience.
She was its Artistic Director for 23 years. She’s directed many solo shows including “Emergence’, “Uthe/Athe”, “Patriot in search of
a country”, “Heinz 57”, and “Peace Mum”, and conducted storytelling/ poetry solo performance workshops in Victoria, Kitchener and Toronto.
Maria Deotto, BA, CEC, PCC, is the owner of MOCO coaching and consulting. In the past 20 years, she has worked with major North American, blue chip clients and has developed outstanding, award- winning marketing materials
that have changed the course of traditional advertising. She has extensive experience in sales generating initiatives including marketing and media sales, and successfully achieved sales targets as Advertising Sales Director and Publisher for National Magazine programs in Canada.
Tasha Diamant is a gifted facilitator and award-winning teacher. She experiences art from the perspective that every human is a creative being with the potential to paint. She has taught painting at Lethbridge College, as well as privately, and has succeeded with many doubters. Her dramatic, colourful work can be viewed at http://tashadiamant.wix.com/ gallery. Tasha is also a performance artist/activist and an associate faculty member at RRU, yet painting is her rst love.
