This activity based workshop applies and practises targeted, situational management methods to moderate stress and maintain organizational focus in work teams, regardless of shifting priorities and constant change. We will explore change-centered motivation, message reframing, pre-emptive stress management, milestone staging, compliance monitoring and resistance management. Students will relate these effective methods to their own managerial or supervisory change challenges.
