Ursula Pfahler has facilitated workshops on cultural, heritage, and sport tourism throughout BC, assisted First Nations communities and entrepreneurs with business planning and marketing, and is a Master Trainer for Tourism BC and a Community Heritage Planner. Ursula has more than 19 years
of experience and is involved in aspects of group travel, including tour design, administration,
and marketing. Her clients include national and international tour companies and cultural institutions.
Brenda Robinson has been
working with organizations and governments for over 20 years to escalate levels of communication, personal effectiveness, humour,
and relationship building to grow organizational capacity from the inside out. She has a master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction in Education from Simon Fraser University and brings her experience as a keynote speaker, trainer, writer, and consultant to people on the path of lifelong learning. robcan.ca
Dave Segal has been facilitating therapeutic outdoor adventures for youth and families for over 10 years. He has given numerous presentations and workshops on cultivating sustainable communities and has been contributing to the emerging  eld of Integral Theory through his work as a counsellor, teacher, and facilitator with Power to Be Adventure Therapy Society.
He holds a master’s degree in Child and Youth Care from the University of Victoria.
Small Feet is a BC-based sustainability consultancy
created to guide organizations in improving and communicating
their environmental performance. Small Feet provides assessments and GHG mitigation strategies, constructed customized carbon calculators, and has delivered workshops for provincial and educational institutions. They aim to help individuals, enterprises, and associations bene t from integrating sustainability principles across their organization, fostering positive growth and forward progress.
Fiona Prince delivers communications-related training to groups and individuals in the public and private sector. She helps people increase their productivity by helping them understand how miscommunication gets in the way of getting important things done. Fiona has a BFA in Theatre from the University of Victoria, an MA in Applied Communication from RRU, and a Keirsey Temperament Theory Certi cation from Synergy Leaders, LLC.

Wendy Rowe, is faculty in the School of Leadership Studies at RRU and President of the BC Chapter of the Canadian Evaluation Society, working in program evaluation
for over 25 years using quasi- experimental models of evaluation with models of collaboration and empowerment evaluation. She holds a BA and MA in Psychology, an MBA and PhD in Organizational and Human Systems, and has published several articles on organizational evaluation.
Sabrina Shea has a background of teaching for various organizations over the last 20 years in a variety
of courses and programs. She has
a wonderful sense of humour and creates an energetic and fun learning atmosphere. Sabrina is Certi ed
as a BC Provincial Instructor and Certi ed in Adobe Dreamweaver and Microsoft Access.
Jade Sherer is a wilderness guide, teacher, cemetery sexton, body- worker, and artist. She has led vision quests and other wilderness journeys in the US and Mexico. She supports human transformation through respectful interaction
and deep communion with
nature, seeing soulful maturation as an essential step in making meaningful and lasting change. Exploring the wild for more than 33 years, Jade is fascinated with the way nature serves as a mirror.
