A balanced learning life includes developing all aspects of ourselves – the body, the mind and the
spirit. Personal enrichment offers ways to develop contemplative skills and practices that support a
more conscious way of
being. Discover the path to healthy living, wild harvesting and raw foods, including attuning to the spirituality
of nourishment connecting us to all of life. Develop an appreciation for wine or walking, or explore your dreams or the darker aspects of the psyche. Discover ways of remembering who we are and where we came from
as you learn more about family history and world history. Look into the future to plan a will or estate, learn more about sustainable nances and investments. Or, shift your focus to the present with a meditation journey that invites life- changing discoveries and an astonishing quality of life found through practice.

Mindfulness is the skill of
being present for whatever is happening moment to moment. Surprisingly, most of us lean forward into the future or spend our time reviewing the events of the past, missing out on the present. By investigating our relationship with time itself,
we learn how to counteract the culture of distraction in which we live and develop the art of living with grace, ease, and joy.
