Integrated Mindfulness Certificate
The courses that make up the Integrated Mindfulness Certificate will foster the development of your practice, knowledge, skills and sensitivities. Grounded in comparative literatures of humanities and social science, traditional and contemplative medicines,
the arts and sciences, education theory and practice, business and ethics, this certificate program is intended to teach mindfulness meditation practices with a focus on its various applications within a range of personal and professional domains.
There are two levels of training offered in this program:
1. Core (3 courses required)
2. Electives (5 courses required)
PREREQUISITES
Both levels can be completed concurrently,
but the certificate will not be issued until
all certificate requirements have been met.
No experience in mindfulness meditation is required to enroll in this program; however, we strongly recommend learners with and without a practice in mindfulness take the core courses first before entering into other levels as they provide a foundation on which to build theory and practice.
