 EXECUTIVE RETREATS
Developing Leadership
Impact
Developing Leadership Impact is an intensive four-day program that identifies and develops key leadership skills and explores organizational change leadership. At the core of contemporary leadership is developing self and others to be more aware, collaborative, innovative and resilient. It’s essential that leaders, both in established and emergent positions, maximize the impact of their leadership to better serve their organizations and to leave a powerful legacy. This program provides tools, techniques and approaches to help you
to build on your strengths, articulate your personal leadership vision and enhance your capacity to lead others.

Leading Complex Systems
Leading Complex Systems is an exciting, highly relevant and real-world driven program designed to fully engage leaders
in furthering their capacity to lead the systems they work in and with. When we see issues and challenges in our systems as being caused by our unique circumstances, driven by the various individual personalities involved, then so, too, are our strategies: fix, fire or rotate the person. The Leading Complex Systems program changes this pattern and focuses on helping participants learn to provide leadership that addresses issues systemically rather than personally. Through the application of experiential learning designs, participants quickly learn and apply essential systems leadership strategies to projects and challenges they bring with them to the program.
