Continuing Studies student 2013
The Continuing Studies (non- degree) certi cates in Supervisor Skills, Management & Leadership Skills, Professional & Applied Communication Skills, and Human Resources Management Skills each include 8 comprehensive and experiential short, non- credit courses delivered in either face-to-face (f2f) or online formats, designed to broaden understanding, build on competencies and con dence while enhancing careers. Based on the Innovation Skills Pro le 2.0 model from the Conference Board of Canada, these courses help to provide the necessary skills, attitudes, behaviours and actions required to innovatively contribute to an organization’s performance & achievements through creativity, problem- solving, ongoing improvement, risk-taking & assessment, relationship building
& communication, and implementation.
