CHARLENE GEORGE EDWARD GOODFELLOW NANCY GRAY-HEMSTOCK CHRISTINE HOPKINS
Charlene George, kQwat’st’not, is an educator and textile artist from T’Sou-ke, a community that bridges the Coast Salish and Nuu-Cha- Nulth territories. As the designate responsible for bringing awareness of protocols between peoples, she acts as a bridge to understanding. As a child, Charlene was lucky to spend time with Grandparents steeping herself in the teachings of culture, history, and stories.
Edward Goodfellow CA, CFA,
CFP, CIM, is an Associate Faculty
at Royal Roads University and an Investment Advisor with PI Financial Corp. in Victoria B.C. He has lectured in  nance for CPA Canada, for Camosun College and the University of Liverpool. Edward has worked as a Portfolio Manager with Philips Hager & North, and spent six years in public practice with KPMG.
Nancy Gray-Hemstock, MSW, brings years of hands-on experience leading and facilitating workshops and retreats. She is a social worker, hospice volunteer and Certi ed Sage-ing® Leader. Nancy delights in changing the paradigm from growing old to becoming a wise sage; and loves to help others  nd more depth in themselves. She facilitates from a place of mature personal experience, integrity, and respect for others.
Christine Hopkins is a
Registered Aromatherapist – Thalassotherapist (seaweeds) with over 15 years in an Integrated Practice, incorporating Essential Oil Therapy and Thalasso & Balneotherapy for preventative health care and total body
and skin care. She has taught
for many years in the  eld of Complementary Care, focusing on the phenomenal healing properties of essential oils in combination with extraordinary nutritional and therapeutic properties of our West Coast seaweeds.
Heide Hermary has a Diploma
in Horticulture, and a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Agriculture. Heide is President of Gaia College and co-founder of the Society
for Organic Urban Land Care. In 2007 she published Working With Nature – Shifting Paradigms and in recognition of her efforts that year she received the B.C. Landscape and Nursery Association’s Educator of the Year award.
Ellie Jansen holds a BA (Honours) in English from Simon Fraser University. She attained her CA designation while articling with
the Of ce of the Auditor General of British Columbia. She worked for the provincial government and has taught both accounting and  nance courses in RRU’s MBA program. Her broad experience in training various groups in how to interpret, apply, and implement new concepts allows her to communicate complex ideas within an online learning environment.
KATHLEEN GILBERT RUSSELL GRAHAM
Kathleen Gilbert is a Film Commissioner for The Greater Victoria Film Commission. She
has worked in the Film Industry
as a Location Manager and Unit Manager for the past 15 years on over seventy  lm projects. Kathleen is an instructor of The BC Film Orientation and W.H.M.I.S. Course at Vancouver Island Film School, Malaspina University, Canadian College and North Island University.
Russell Graham, MBA, CMC, CE, is an evaluation consultant who has planned and conducted more than 100 evaluative studies in western and northern Canada over the
past 25 years. He brings to these workshops his experiences in the  elds of economic development, public health, post-secondary education, immigration and environmental regulation. A regular facilitator of the ESS and other evaluation training, he emphasizes practical, situation-speci c planning for evaluative studies, and the importance of generating credible and actionable advice for program managers.
