myRRU
MyRRU is the gateway into your online community at Royal Roads University. MyRRU is an interactive website that o ers news, information and services to members of the RRU community. The site is designed
to assist you prior to your program and beyond, as a student and
as a proud RRU alumnus. The online services will engage you in the broader RRU community.
Many of the services through MyRRU are available to you prior to registration in an academic program. Once you become a registered student, you will be provided with an RRU username and password that will give you full access to the MyRRU online community.

Orientation Services
Orientation services are provided for all new Royal Roads students and consist of online and in person resources and sessions.
new students can nd self-serve orientation information on MyRRU at student.myrru.royalroads.ca , which includes descriptive information as well as links to campus resources and services. Orientation sessions will take place for students as they start their programs. Sessions are provided via blackboard Collaborate (a web-based conferencing tool, formerly known as Elluminate) and in person once students have arrived on campus. These sessions, provided by a number of campus services, help introduce students to both the academic and extracurricular aspects of being a Royal Roads student. in addition to information sessions, social events are also regularly scheduled during the early weeks of a student's stay on campus. Open to all students, these events allow for students to connect with their peers and meet students from other programs. if you have any questions about orientation or student events, please contact the Orientation & Activities Assistant.
