the Canada-British Columbia Labour Market Agreement.
The Applied and Professional Skills Certi cate (non-degree) helps to prepare all ages of adult workers (not eligible for EI or employed but low-skilled) for entry or re-entry into the workforce. Gain in-demand skills in Customer Management, Business Administration/Basic Accounting, or Project Management over
a relatively short timeframe at no cost to you! The aim of this certi cate is to increase the likelihood that you will secure full time, ful lling employment and land the job that is you!
