Nature’s bounty is at its fullest as summer comes to a close and we prepare for winter. This  eld based course takes to the road
as we explore many different habitats that produce fantastic fruits, nuts, mushrooms, and other enticing edibles. Hands- on instruction will focus on techniques for harvesting and processing wild foods while sharing excellent harvest locations and information about traditional plant uses by the area’s First Peoples.
