The Foundations of Deep Democracy: Skills for Facilitation and Con ict Engagement PATF021
Learn the theoretical underpinning and the practical skills of working with groups based on the Lewis Method of Deep Democracy, a meeting facilitation methodology oriented towards appreciation of difference and diversity.
It offers a way for large groups of people to come into
conversation around complex issues and divisive or stuck dynamics, to generate personal insights and uncover innovative possibilities for moving forward. Rooted in Jungian process- oriented psychology and developed in post-apartheid South Africa, Deep Democracy is now used worldwide.
