This experiential workshop explores various ethics, attitudes and values associated with practicing mindfulness- based interventions (MBIs). Current research in the  eld of neuroethics is demonstrating that a mindfulness practice may help individuals to increase levels of empathy
and compassion for self and others, which in turn may lead to mindful cultures in health care, education and business settings. Explore evidence- based applications including meditations, gentle movement practices and self-re ection activities. This module
is a required Level A course for certi cation.

Neuroscience is providing new insights into how our brain impacts how we think, feel, act, learn and change. This workshop will explore how emerging neuroscience knowledge informs our understanding of mindfulness and how this new knowledge
can be used to promote psychotherapeutic change and enhanced learning. This module is a required Level A course for certi cation.
