of experience. Many forms of meditation exist, but perhaps none as direct and accessible as the mindfulness meditation practice of Buddhism. Learn the historical context of early Buddhism, an overview of the different schools of Buddhism and the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. You’ll practice sitting and walking meditation and how to bring your practice into everyday life.
