From its inception in 1995, Royal Roads University set out to change the way university works, by building something new from the ground up. We weren’t interested in refining the traditional university. It was time for something new, something specifically designed for learners. We pioneered the blended learning model, combining the strengths of team-based, applied and experiential practices.
At Royal Roads, the connection between people, place and purpose has created a vibrant learning community supporting each other’s success in career and life. Our teaching and applied research, combining the very best of scholarship and practice, supports organizations and communities to continuously improve by responding to the new and emerging challenges in career, workplace and community.
